Mobility Equipment
COA lends out mobility equipment at no cost to any community member in need. You do not need to be a COA member. The equipment must be signed out by completing a brief form and questionnaire (see below). We ask that equipment be returned clean and in good working order within six weeks of the date it was borrowed. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a piece of equipment please call COA at 526-6368.
We do request that you speak with your healthcare provider (physician, nurse, physical therapist, discharge personnel, etc.) about appropriate sizing and use of specific equipment before you come in. WE DO NOT MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS ON SIZE OR USE OF EQUIPMENT.

Donating to COA's Mobility Equipment Program
We invite you to make a donation to the COA's mobility equipment program. We also accept gently used mobility equipment that is in good shape, functional, and has no rust, sharp edges, or missing parts. We ask you please clean anything you donate before bringing it in. In-kind donations are subject to staff approval. We may not accept equipment that needs to be cleaned or repaired. Thank you!!!
Assistive technology device demonstrations, loans and reuse activities are being supplemented by the ATinNH program. Funding for assistive technology device demonstrations, loans and reuse are provided, in part, under grants from the Administration for Community Living (ACL) through Assistive Technology in New New Hampshire (ATinNH).
