Services are important to people as they age.
And as many of our seniors age in place, staying in their homes and in their communities, we find that the need for services grows.
We recognize as well that many family members live far away and cannot be right here to assist their aging family members, so telephone conversations are the best we can do.
Either in person or via telephone, we are here to help, understanding that our direct services are limited, and that often we refer to our partner organizations and agencies who provide direct services.
Movement is important, whether it's movement across the room or across town. We can help with both through our Mobility Equipment Loan program and our Transportation program.
Wellness services such as blood pressure and foot care clinics are popular at COA, in addition to our flu shot clinics and Medicare information sessions.
